What to include
These six details are enough for a quote. If something is missing, I will ask you.
- The date, or the dates if it runs over several days.
- The city and the venue, if it is chosen.
- The format: conference, convention, panel, gala, award evening, show or launch.
- How many people will attend, and who they are.
- The languages your audience speaks.
- The hours you need me on site, including any rehearsal.

Every event is quoted individually. The quote depends on the format, the days on site, the audience size, the languages and the travel. Writing the running order is always included.
If you are an agency
Say so in your message, with your client's brief. I work inside your production plan and you stay in charge of the event.
