Stadium voice

The voice of your biggest event.

Match-day announcements, finals, tournaments, fan zones, opening shows, festivals and e-sport. One voice on the microphone, in English, French and Spanish, based in Paris and working across Europe.

Announcements that carry

Line-ups, substitutions, scores, safety messages and sponsor reads, written short and delivered clean so they land over crowd noise.

Dead time filled

Timeouts, half-time, delays and pitch changes. I keep the room with the event, with a plan for each gap agreed with your production.

Trophy and podium moments

Final whistle, podium, trophy presentation, opening show. Every name and title is checked and pronounced correctly before it goes on the mic.

Several languages, nothing said twice

English, French and Spanish live. Essential information is given in each language in short form, and the rest alternates, so no group waits for a translation.

Events this fits

  • Match-day voice for stadiums and arenas.
  • Finals, cup ties and tournaments over several days.
  • Fan zones and public screening sites.
  • Opening and closing shows.
  • Festivals with a main stage and a tight schedule.
  • E-sport finals and live-streamed competitions.

How I prepare

  • A running order built with your producer, minute by minute, with the cue for every announcement.
  • Pronunciation of every player, team, sponsor and dignitary, checked in advance and noted phonetically.
  • Coordination with the sound control room and the screen operator, so voice, music and visuals hit the same cue.
  • A rehearsal on site with your technical crew when the schedule allows it.

What I need to brief

  • Date, venue, capacity and the type of event.
  • The programme, with the fixed moments: kick-off, intervals, trophy, closing.
  • Languages of the audience and of the broadcast, if there is one.
  • The sound setup: who controls the microphone, and where I stand or sit.
  • Names and sponsors to read, with the rules on what must not be said.

What I bring

I host live on the microphone in English, French and Spanish: conferences, galas, award evenings and fashion shows, with a running order and a technical crew to coordinate every time. A stadium is a bigger room with the same discipline: clear cues, names said right, and a voice that stays steady when the schedule moves.

Stadium announcing is new ground for me, and I prepare it the way I prepare any new room: in detail, with your production, before the day.
